1.Functional packaging material selection(Scientifically selected packaging).

Match specific packaging material solutions for different product forms:

• Aerosol products: Use aluminum cans or tinplate cans with a pressure resistance of ≥1.2MPa, matched with anti-clogging nozzles (aperture ≥0.3mm) to ensure uniform spraying of the powder suspension system. The can body must pass the 50℃/24h pressure test, and the curling mouth must be smooth and wrinkle-free.
• Emulsified products: Conditioners use squeezable PE hoses (composite layers ≥3 layers) or wide-mouth glass bottles (bottle wall thickness ≥1.5mm), with anti-reflux pump heads to reduce pollution. Cream products require a gap of ≤0.5mm between the bottle cap and the bottle shoulder to ensure sealing.
• Active products: Amber glass bottles or aluminum-plastic composite films containing photosensitive ingredients (such as vitamin A derivatives) should be used, with a UV blocking rate of ＞95%

2.Packaging material compliance management.

Strictly follow the regulatory requirements of various countries and implement full-factor label review:

• Mandatory labeling: full ingredient labeling (INCI name), net content (character height ≥ 2mm), production license number, implementation standard (such as GB/T 29679)
• Efficacy claims: “anti-hair loss”, “whitening”, etc. require a national cosmetics certificate; “organic”, “natural”, etc. claims require a percentage analysis (such as more than 95% natural ingredients)
• Environmental protection requirements: EU market packaging material recycling rate ≥ 30% (by weight), plastic parts thickness ≤ 1.5mm to meet packaging reduction standards

3. Key points for packaging material quality control.

Establish defect classification acceptance criteria covering:

• Appearance defects: no cold cracks on the bottle, no color deviation on the hose printing (ΔE≤1.5), no scratches on the hot stamping parts
• Functional defects: spray can spray rate ≥99%, pump head starting force 0.3-0.7N·m, bottle cap torque ≥1.2N·m anti-leakage
• Matching defects: matching component tolerance ±0.1mm (such as matching degree between pump head and bottle mouth thread), glass bottle and inner plug interference 0.2-0.3mm

Through full-item testing (including -5℃~-10℃ freeze-thaw test, 40℃ hot storage test) to ensure transportation stability, the defective rate is controlled at ≤1.5%
